NZ Airports submission on Regulatory Standards Bill

NZ Airports provided a submission into the government’s consultation into the principles that could form a Regulatory Standards Bill.

Regulation is critical to the aviation sector. In our submission we talk about our experience as an Association working with regulations that can be inconsistent, poorly targeted and multi-layered. We see the potential for a well-drafted Bill to support higher quality regulations over time, including in the area of government levies and taxies.
