International Visitor Levy Submission

NZ Airports has submitted on the proposed investment framework for International Visitor Levy (IVL) funding, calling for strict controls on how the funds are used. Our submission emphasised that IVL revenue must not replace funding allocated through the Government Budget for MBIE’s core government responsibilities. We also opposed allocating IVL funds to non-governmental organisations or trade associations.
